摘要
PID控制是工业过程控制中应用最广泛的传统控制方式。但其动态特性难以满足液压控制系统的品质要求。而Fuzzy控制是非线性的智能控制器,系统响应较快,也有较强的鲁棒性;但也存在系统上升特性不理想、超调大、抗干扰能力差、稳态误差大等问题。基于此,本文分析了Fuzzy-PID控制器的性能,并把它直用于精密冷辗机中的比例伺服速度控制系统。仿真研究表明,Fuzzy-PID控制具有响应快、超调量小、抗干扰能力强等优点。
The most traditional PID control is widely used in industrial control. But its dynamic characteristics always don't meet system' s control performance. Fuzzy control without sensitivity to structure parameters is nonlinear intelligent control strategy and its response is fast. But, there are many shortcomings such that not better the climbing section of in dynamic response, too large in overshot, badly robust in disturbance and large in error. Based on detailed analysis to the response of Fuzzy - PID control, its appliance in proportional servo system of Cold Rolling/Forming Machines is represented. The study of simulation indicates that Fuzzy-PID control is fast in response, low in overshot and robust in disturbance.
