摘要
本文在把隐性知识细分为两种不同性质的隐性知识的基础上 ,分析了显性知识及两类隐性知识的内涵 ,提出了三类知识间相互转化的九种知识创新的模式和知识创新的三重知识螺旋模型 ,最后研究了知识创新的空间“场”。
Based on the classification of two kinds of recessive knowledge which has different property,this paper analyzes the connotation of explicit knowledge and two kinds of recessive knowledge,and puts forward nine kinds of modes and tri-spiral-SECI model of knowledge innovation among three kinds of knowledge.At last,the paper discusses the 'Ba'of knowledge innovation.
