摘要
知识管理是知识经济时代企业崭新的管理模式 ,知识管理工具是企业实施知识管理的物质基础 ,在知识管理中发挥着重要的作用。Blog是目前互联网上一种发展最迅速的信息发布形式 ,一种全新的自由发表的个人网络出版方式 ,企业界正在把blog引入企业内部网和公司网站 ,用于非正式的知识管理工具。本文从知识共享的角度出发 。
Knowledge management is a new model of enterprise management in knowledge economy era.Knowledge management tools,the material base of knowledge management,played an important role in the course of knowledge management implement.Blog is a new rapid development form of information publishing on internet,at the same time,it is also a new kind of personal net publishing,Enterprises are using it as an informal knowledge management tool on the intranet and company site.This paper introduces this new kind of simple knowledge management tool from the view of knowledge sharing.
