火电厂锅炉钢架、起重设备梁和柱、主要厂房屋架等重要承重钢结构的焊接接头为重要的Ⅱ类焊接接头。介绍了火电厂承重钢结构的现场加工制作、划线、剪切、坡口加工、打孔、弯制、拼装及焊接等工艺过程。
The welded joints of the load steel structure in the thermal power station belong to importantⅡtype joints, for example the boiler steel frames, steel beams of lifting equipment and steel structures of main plant house. This article describes the in-field fabrication process of those steel structures, such as lining, shear, groove preparation, punching hole, bending, assembling and welding etc.
