摘要
通过对焊接工艺评定中弯曲试验评定对象和目的的阐述 ,结合国内外的焊接工艺评定标准对弯曲试验的不同要求 ,对焊接接头弯曲试验的力学模型进行了数学分析 ,得出采用不同弯曲试验标准可以得到不同的评定结果。
This paper firstly expatiates the object and purpose of the bend test during the welding procedure qualification. The mathematics analysis on the mechanical model of bend test is completed according to the different requirements of various standards. It indicates the results of qualification are different using the different bend tests standards.
