摘要 利用彩色电视机消磁用PTC电阻具有故障自保护的特性,提出一种将其作为容性滤波整流器的限制启动冲击电流元件的新技术。对PTC电阻建立了一个简单可行的电路元件模型,将此元件模型代替实际的PTC电阻在电路仿真软件中直接进行仿真。理论分析、仿真研究以及实验结果证明了所提出的新技术可行,并具有应用价值。 Make use of feature of a PTC resistor in self-protection under the failure, which is applied to the degauss circuit in color TV set, a new technology of which is applied to an inrush current limited circuit for a rectifier with a capacitive filter was proposed. The simple and feasible circuit component model for the PTC resistor was built, by which the practical PTC resistor is replaced to simulate directly in circuit simulation software. The analyses theoretically, simulated study, and experimental test were performed, all are verified that the proposed new technology is feasible and valuable. Moreover, it is considered that the proposed modeled method for the PTC resistor has a determinate directive meaning.
