摘要
通过对 1 75 0 mm标准圆锥破碎机排矿口尺寸工业试验 ,收集整理数据 ,选配数学表达式 ,拟合求出实测中破机不同排矿口产品粒度特性曲线相应的粒度方程参数 a和 k值 ,建立了中破机产品粒度特性数学模型。经过工业生产实践 ,能较好地预测中破机产品产量 ,并克服了排矿口尺寸“误调”。
In the light of the industrial test of discharge end of 1750 standard cone crusher,the datum were collected and sorted out,and mathematical expressions were selected,so as to derive the relative grain-size parameters a and k values of product grain-size feature curve of different discharge ends of secondary crushers in practical measure.And based on this,the mathematical model of the product grain-size feature curve of the secondary crusher was established.Through the industrial practice,the model may well predict the product's output of the secondary crusher and overcome 'wrong adjustment' of the discharge end size.The product's output was in optimum balance control in production.
