摘要
采用个别访谈、小型调查会和文献资料收集的调查方法 ,对云南省 7个县 (市 )新型农村合作医疗进行调查 ,从合作医疗实施的效果、公平性、责任等方面对调查结果进行分析 ,得出结论 ,并提出问题进行讨论。
Investigations on New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme took place in 7 counties of Yunnan with methods of individual interview, investigation meeting and documents collection. The report on the investigations addressing effects of the Scheme, equity and accountability analyzed findings, drew a conclusion and raised issues for discussion.
