摘要
分析了国内炼油厂热工系统的用水现状和存在的问题。通过对未来千万吨级现代化大型炼油厂的前期 研究与设计,针对系统的特点,提出了大型化炼油企业热工系统节水减排的具体措施。
Status quo and problems of water usage in domestic refinery thermal energy system have been analyzed. Through the front-end study and design of future 200 000 b/d refinery, concrete measures for reducing thermal energy discharge have been proposed based on the system features. The measures include recovering steam condensed water, adopting advanced de-oil technology to increase condensed water reuse rate, improving water treatment process, reducing boiler discharge and making a full use of purified water.
