摘要
介绍高效蓄热式节能技术在球墨铸铁管退火炉中的应用,实现纯高炉煤气点火,低温高速退火,精确控制炉温和炉压等特点。试验确定合适的退火温度曲线和链速,分析孕育剂加入量与铁液中锰含量对退火金相组织的影响及日常退火要注意的几个问题。60 m长退火炉能够满足年产25万 t的产量要求,系统稳定,经济节能。
It is introduced the application of high-efficient regenerative type power-saving technology in nodular iron annealing furnace. Methods of realizing the pure blast furnace gas fire lighting, low temperature annealing at a high speed and pressing are introduced. Suitable annealing temperature curve and chain speed are presented. Effects of pregnant and manganese in the iron liquid on metallography of castings are studied. It shows that 60 meters annealing furnace can meet the output demand of 250,000 tons in annual output, the system is steady and economic energy-conservation.
