摘要
生产芝麻油的方法主要有小磨法、压榨法、有机溶剂漫出法,近些年又有学者研究用酶法来生产芝麻油。主要介绍这四种芝麻油的生产方法及特点。
The way to produce sesame oil includes mainly milling, pressing, soaking with organic solvent,but recently a new method have been found which is enzymatic technique. The four methods and its characteristic have been introduced in the text.
