摘要
本文报道了测定辣根及芥末制品中异硫氰酸酯含量的一种新方法--二乙胺滴定法。异硫氰酸酯与二乙胺在丙酮溶液中发生均相反应,生成相应的硫脲,过量的二乙胺用标准盐酸滴定,从而计算出异硫氰酸酯的含量。通过与哌啶法、吗啉法的对比实验,表明该法准确可靠、简便易行。
In this paper, a new method for quantitative determination of the isothiocyanates in horseradish, mustard and the related products has been reported. The isothiocyanates reacted with diethyl amine in acetone media to form the corres ponding monosubstitited thioureas. The excess of diethyl amine is back titrated using a standard hydrochloric acid solution and the amount of the isothiocyanates is calculated from the titration values. Compared with those of piperidine and mor-pholine methods,the results indicated that the proposed method is accurate and convenient.
