摘要 用不同生姜品种竹姜与黄姜幼嫩根茎经高温预培后,剥取茎尖分生组织在MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5~1.0mg/LNAA培养基上进行离体培养,30~40d后分化出1.9个小芽,此时将细胞分裂素6-BA浓度增加到2.0~3.0mg/L,培养30d小芽增殖4.2个以上.生长素NAA是培育壮苗的重要激素,移栽苗成活率达90%以上. The paper reported the results of tissue culture technique with the shoot tips of different varieties of ginger. The (average) propagated number of every explant is 1.9, in MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.5~1.0mg/L NAA. As the concentration of 6-BA in MS medium add up to 2.0~3.0 mg/L, the average number of propagated bud per plant of every (generation) raised to 4.2 in subculture for 30 days. NAA was the best plant hormone for the test tube seedlings and the transplanted seedlings, of which the survival rate reached 90.0% and over.
