一种紫外波长飞秒激光器的研究现状与进展

摘要 掺铈的氟化物Ce:LiCAF和Ce :LiSAF晶体作为两种新的紫外波长 (2 90nm)激光介质 ,具有高的饱和通量 ,宽的带宽。对 2 6 6nm的泵浦光有较强的吸收 ,四倍频的Nd :YAG激光是其理想的泵浦光源 ,为实现全固态的TW级紫外激光系统提供了新的途径。本文回顾了这两种晶体的研究现状以及它的应用 ,设计了一种拟用于紫外激光成丝研究的Ce:LiCAF激光放大器。 Ce 3+ ion-doped fluoride crystals including Ce:LiCAF and Ce:LiSAF as two new ultraviolet(UV)solid-state laser media have been identified to be efficient and convenient with their sufficient gain bandwidth and high saturation fluence.The fourth harmonics of Nd:YAG lasers is an ideal pumping source because of its absorption spectra with the peak absorption coefficient at 266 nm.Such solid-state lasers provide with the approach for the all solid-state TW ultraviolet laser system.In this paper we review the development and application of such crystals and design a two-pass Ce:LiCAF amplifier pumped from both sides for the laser filament.
