半导体激光器列阵外腔锁相中准直透镜的位置选择 被引量:2

Locating collimating lens positioned in an external cavity for phase-locking a diode laser array

摘要 利用傅立叶分解 ,平面波传播的角谱理论和光线追迹的方法讨论了在DLA外腔锁相中准直透镜的位置对系统的影响。通过计算分析找到了一个恰当的位置 ,在使系统实现尽可能大的能量耦合效率的同时降低了系统对各个元件失调的敏感程度。 The influence of the position of the collimating lens on the DLA system phase-locked in an external cavity has been investigated by using Fourier analysis,the angular spectrum theory of the plane wave and the light ray tracing method.A suitable position that can both maximize the energy coupling and minimize the sensitivity of system to the misalignment of optical elements has been found through the calculation.
