摘要
对海洋平台的优化设计,采用平台的初始造价或初始重量作为目标,获得的结果往往是在平台投入使用时刻满足规范要求的最低水平设计。文章考虑海水腐蚀作用造成的平台结构抗力衰减,建立了腐蚀影响下导管架平台模糊优化设计模型。通过对渤海BZ28-1油田储油平台的优化计算,验证了该模型的有效性及考虑腐蚀影响的必要性。
The results got from an offshore platform optimum design, in which the lowest initial cost or lightest primary weight of platform is taken as objective function, are often in accordance with the lowest design level meeting the code requirements for platform being put into operation. This paper presents a fussy optimum design model of offshore jacket platform with consideration of corrosion effect that will reduce the structural resistance against seawater corrosion. The validity of the fussy optimum design model and the necessity of taking corrosion effect into account are verified by the optimum calculation on Bohai BZ28-1 oil storage platform.
