摘要
中石化管道储运分公司沧州输油处与天津大学精密仪器学院合作研制了临邑—沧州—河间原油长输管道泄漏实时监测系统,该系统利用负压波检测泄漏并对泄漏点定位,运行两年多,效果良好。文章介绍了信号的捕捉、泄漏的判断以及负压波传播到上下游时间差的精确测定方法,列举了实际监测数据,在总结实际应用效果的基础上,提出改进建议及措施。
In cooperation with Precision Instrument Collage of Tianjin University, Cangzhou Oil Transportation Division of SINOPEC Has developed the real-time leak monitoring system for Linyi-Cangzhou-Hejian crude oil pipeline. This paper describes the signal seizing, leak identification and the exact measuring method of time difference of negative pressure wave propagation between upstream detecting point and downstream detecting point, presents detected data and offers improvement proposal and measures based on summarization of practical application.
