摘要
废热锅炉是合成氨装置的重要设备之一,其炉管与大管板焊缝受高温高压及介质腐蚀,运行一年后会产生裂纹,影响装置的正常运行。以往修复时会对炉管与大管板接触部位进行机械胀接,但胀接强度和贴合度都很差。通过试验,采用爆炸胀接法修复,取得了理想的效果。采用爆炸胀接法修复的废热锅炉运行两年后,炉管与大管板焊缝及胀接处没有裂纹及其他损伤,可继续投入使用。文章介绍了爆炸胀接法的具体操作及炉管与大管板的整个修复过程。
The mechanical expanded joint method is usually used in rehabilitating furnace pipe and big pipe board of waste heat boiler. But the expanded joint strength is very low and the abutted connection is not tight. A new rehabilitating technique using blast expanded joint method is adopted after experimental test, which gains ideal results. This paper describes whole operational procedures.
