摘要
本文主要研究了在不同碳源条件下CXJZ95-198菌株产甘露聚糖酶的规律研究发现:,。:CXJZ95-198菌株酶活在葡萄糖和甘露糖培养基中都呈抛物线型变化均在7.5h达到产酶高峰“”,,粗酶液的酶活分别为79.4U/ml和99.4U/ml在精制魔芋粉槐豆胶和豆饼粉培养基中酶活呈“N”型变化。
This paper was on the production of β-mannanase from E.carotovora CXJZ95-198 in different carbon sources. It was discovered that the changes of β-mannanase activity were in'parabola' shape and reached the peak at 7.5h both in glucose and mannose media .The enzymatic activity was 79.4U/ml and 98.4U/ml respectively. Changes of β-mannanase activity were in'N'shape in media of konjac powder- locust bean gum and soybean powder.
