超低比转速轴流式转轮叶片的计算机辅助水力设计

摘要 为解决轴流定桨式水电站枯水期小流量下机组不能发电的问题,在分析其原因的基础上提出了减容增效改造方案,并就计算机辅助设计中的几个技术关键问题的处理提出了解决思路与方法;针对一实际电站具体水力参数给出了用自行开发的CAD软件进行转轮叶片水力设计的示例。示例表明:提出的方案正确可行,编制的CAD软件可靠、快速、准确、界面友好。 To solve the problem that hydraulic power stations which have equipped turbine sets with fixed axial propeller blades are unfit for power generation under low flow conditions in dry seasons. After analyzing the influencing factors, a reconstruction for low flow volume and improved efficiency is being proposed. Moreover, ideas and ways of solving some critical problems, that may arise in the computer aided design, are proposed. An example of a hydraulic design, done with the help of a self-designed CAD software, of a runner blade with given hydraulic parameters of a factual power plant is presented. The example indicates that the proposed version is feasible and the composed CAD software reliable, time saving, accurate and the blade's appearance amiable.
