摘要
分析了我国电站锅炉NOx排放的现状,讨论了将低NOx燃烧器(LNB)与空气 燃烧分级相结合,以减少NOx排放的可行性。以清华大学最近开发成功的多重富集型LNB的结构原理和实践为例,阐述了LNB燃烧器的设计原则,强调了应当以系统的观念解决锅炉NOx的排放;分析了三次风对NOx排放的影响,指出现有三次风的使用和布置不利于降低NOx的排放,并对我国电站锅炉实现低NOx排放的研究工作提出了一些建议。
The current situation of NOx emission of utility boilers in China is being analyzed. The feasibility of lowering NOx emission by adopting a firing that combines low NOx burners (LNB) with staged combustion favorable for air/fuel reducing NOx emission is discussed. An introduction to the structure, principle and industrial application of the Multi-Enriched LNB (MELNB), recently developed by Tsinghua University is being presented to exemplify the design principle of LNB. It is emphasized that the control of NOx emission should be considered in a systematic manner. In addition, the effects of tertiary air on NOx emission are analyzed. Results indicate that the existing arrangement of tertiary air is unfavorable for the reduction of NOx emission. Some suggestions concerning research on lowering NOx emission of utility boilers are given.
