乳腺癌患者血清LEP、IGF-1和TNFα测定的临床意义

Clinical significance of detection of serum leptin, insulin-like growth factor-1 and tumor necrosis factor α in breast cancer patients

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者血清瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)测定 的意义。方法 分别用放射免疫分析法(RIA)和免疫放射分析法(IRMA)测定乳腺良、恶性病变患者及正常对 照者血清LEP、IGF 1和TNFα浓度。结果 LEP、IGF 1和TNFα浓度在乳腺癌患者与正常对照组之间差异均有 显著性。结论 检测血清LEP、IGF 1、TNFα浓度,有助于判断乳腺癌的病变状态。

Objective To explore the clinical significance in the detection of serum leptin(LEP), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) in breast cancer patients. Methods Serum concentrations of LEP,IGF-1 and TNFα in breast cancer patients, breast benign lesion patients and normal controls were determined with RIA and IRMA methods. Results Serum concentrations of LEP,IGF-1 and TNFα in breast cancer patients were obviously different from that of normal control group. Conclusions The determination of the serum concentrations of LEP,IGF-1 and TNFα is useful for the judgement of the state of breast cancer patients.
