将特大型水上水厂船应用于水电工程 ,三峡工程是个创举 ,它能比较好地解决因分期导流带来的重复兴建大规模固定式水厂所造成投资浪费问题 ,且能降低运行成本 ,因而是一种优化的工程供水方式。在浪小流缓 ,流态稳定的水域或有好的停泊位置的大江上 ,有其应用的价值。
