高度失律脑波在动态脑电图中的不同构型变化

THE DIFFERENT CONFORMATIONAL CHANGE OF THE BRAIN WAVE OF THE HYPSRRHYTHMIA IN AEEG

目的:探讨婴儿痉挛症(IS)高度节律失调(Hypsarrhythmia)脑波的不同构型变化,以防误诊或漏诊。方法:利用动态脑电图对12例 IS 患儿进行了24小时连续监测。结果:发作间期,高度失律脑波有5种不同类型,发作时的脑波亦不为同一模式,睡眠中,可诱发出高度失律脑波。结论:婴儿痉挛症的高度失律脑波在发作间期或发作时均存在着不一致性,并对其病理生理机制提出了设想。

Objective:To explore different conformatimal change of the brain wave of Hypsarrhythmia in infantile spasms(IS)so that prerent an erroneous diagnosis or missing diognosis.Metods:12 patients with IS were monitored continuously by AEEG in 24 hours.Result:During the interval,the brain wave of the Hypsar- rhythmia was five different types;When it attacks the brain wave was also different pattern;the brain wave of hypsarrhythmia can be evoked during sleeping.Conclusion:the brain wave of the hypsarrhythmia in IS was dis- cordant in its interval and its attack.Some tentative ideas have been offered about physiological and patholgical mechanism.
