摘要
本文以国际关系学院图书馆文献采访方式的变革为例,介绍了“教师选书”这一采访模式的具体做法和实际效果,对“教师选书”与图书馆藏书建设、“教师选书”与学生读者需求、“教师选书”与经费等问题的把握、“教师选书”与“选书专家团队”的关系、“教师选书”与图书馆的规模和性质等问题进行了简要分析并提出解决方案,认为“教师选书”适用于任何性质和规模的大学图书馆,有广为推广的必要。
Based on the reforms in the mode as to what books to purchase carried out by the library of UIR (University of International Relations). The paper introduces the way of 'purchasing books according to the teachers' selection' and its practical results, analysises the relationship between teachers' selection and the building-up of books, the need of the students, the control of funds, the book selection experts team, and the scale and role of libraries and presentes in the paper how to solve such problems with 'the Teachers' Selection' in mind. And the conclusion is that 'Teachers' Selection' suits libraries of any scale or role in colleges, suggesting that the mode be popularized.
