基于双CPU的UPS全数字化控制系统

摘要 提出了一种基于TMS320LF2407A和MSP430F149双CPU控制的UPS,介绍了系统的工作原理,重点讨论了数字化控制策略,包括:软件锁相环,数字电压调节器,软起动等,最后给出了样机的实验波形。该UPS实现了全数字,智能化控制,克服了传统UPS的局限性,实验证明该新型UPS具有自动化程度高、抗干扰能力强、性能稳定的特点。 A UPS based on double CPUs of TMS320LF2407A & MSP430F149 is proposed, and the principle of system operation is introduced. Some digital control strategies including software PLL, digital adjustor of the output voltage and the soft start are emphatically discussed. In the end,some experimental results based on prototype are provided. The UPS realizes complete digital/intelligent control and overcomes shortcomings of traditional UPS. The experimental results show that the new UPS has a high automatization, good anti-jamming and stable performance.
