对中小型高炉降低生铁含硅量的途径和操作方法进行了讨论,认为减少入炉SiO2 量,稳定原燃料成分,缩短还原时间,控制还原温度,保持炉缸活跃,控制合理的炉渣成分,提高炉顶压力和执行标准化操作,是降低生铁含硅量的有效途径。
This essay discusses the way and operation practice of reducing silicon content in hot metal when operating the medium and small-scale blast furnace and points out that the effective measures to reduce silicon content in hot metal are stabilizing the composition of raw materials and fuel, shortening reduction time, controlling reduction temperature, keeping the materials in hearth active, controlling the rational slag composition, increasing top pressure and carrying out standardized operation.
