清肝解毒汤治疗青少年乙型肝炎120例

The Treatment of Hepatitis B of Adolesent with Qinggan Jiedu Decoction(清肝解毒汤,QJD),a Report of 120 Cases

目的 :观察中药清肝解毒汤治疗青少年乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用清肝解毒汤治疗青少年乙型肝炎 12 0例 ,1疗程 30天。结果 :痊愈 15例 ,好转 10 1例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 96 .7%。结论 :清热解毒活血利湿治疗乙型肝炎属于体质壮实者可明显减轻症状 ,改善肝功能 ,降低乙肝病毒血清滴度。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of QJD in treating hepatitis B of adolescent.Method:120 adolescent patients with hepatitis B were treated with QJD for 30 days.Result:15 patients were cured,101 patients turned better,4 patients ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Conclusion:The method of clearing away heat and toxic material,promoting blood circulation and removing dampness could significantly improve the symptoms and liver function of hepatitis B in strong patients,and decrease the serum level of hepatitis B virus.
