对中医临床思维方法的思考

中医的临床思维方法具有鲜明的特点和优势 ,整体观念和辨证论治即是其中最具特色者。思维的整体观使中医在生物医学模式向生物 -心理 -社会医学模式转变中不存在障碍 ,辨证论治的思维方式使中医面对复杂多变的病情时游刃有余 ,并且可以使中医诊治思路广阔 ,更准确地应对千姿百态的人和千变万化的病 ,在亚健康状态的诊疗中凸现优势 ,因此可以说中医的整个思维过程科学、严谨而不容置疑。但也存在一些困惑 ,诸如辨病思维与社会认知不同步 ,辨病系统难以适应临床需要以及无症可辨等 ,亟待与时俱进 ,发展与健全自我。

The clinical method of thought in TCM has prominent characteristic and advantage.The concept of entirety and the method of treatment with syndrome differentiation are distinctive.The concept of entirety makes the medical model of biology easily transform into the medical model of biology-psychology-society.The method of treatment with syndrome differentiation makes it easy to treat the complicated and variable diseases.It can also broaden the train of thought in diagnosis and treatment of TCM, so as to treat the variable patients and diseases correctly,especially to treat the subhealthy state.The thought process of TCM is scientific,strict and undoubted.But there are still some perplexing problems,such as uncoordinated social cognition with the thought of disease differentiation,the difficulty for disease differentiation to meet the clinical requirement and having no symptom to differentiate.So it is urgent to develop and improve the thought method of TCM.
