中药加微生态制剂(金双歧)治疗对抗生素无效小儿细菌性痢疾55例疗效观察

Treatment of Antibiotic - resistant Bacillary Dysentery in Chil- dren by Chinese Herbal Medicine Associated with Microeco- logic Preparation: A Clinical Observation of 55 Cases

目的:观察中药加微生态制剂(金双歧)治疗对抗生素无效小儿细菌性痢疾(菌痢)的疗效。方法:将220例经抗生素治疗无效的小儿菌痢患者按就诊顺序分为4组各55例。治疗组口服中药白头翁加甘草阿胶汤(组成:白头翁、秦皮、葛根、黄芩、黄连、阿胶、甘草)加金双歧,对照Ⅰ组应用西药头孢噻肟钠静脉滴注,对照Ⅱ组应用头孢噻肟钠静脉滴注和口服金双歧,对照Ⅲ组口服白头翁加甘草阿胶汤。结果:痊愈率对照Ⅰ组为70.91％,对照Ⅱ组为87.27％,对照Ⅲ组为94.55％,治疗组为98.18％,对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别与治疗组比较,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);而对照Ⅲ组与治疗组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。止泻时间、脓细胞消失时间、痊愈时间,对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别与治疗组比较,差异均有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:中药加微生态制剂(金双歧)治疗对抗生素无效的小儿菌痢,可促进疾病痊愈,防止二重感染或迁延不愈。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine associated with microecologic preparation (golden bifid) for antibiotic - resistant bacillary dysentery(ABD) in children. Methods: 220 cases of ABD were allocated to 4 groups (each group 55 cases) arranged by registration order. The treatment group (TG)was treated by oral use of Baitouweng Tang and Gancao Ejiao Tang(BTGT) (composed of Radix Pulsatillae, Cortex Fraxini, Radix Puerariae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Colla Corii Asini and Radix Glycyrrhizae)and golden bifid; control group Ⅰ (CGⅠ) by iv dripping of cefotaxime; control group Ⅱ (CGⅡ) by iv dripping of ce-fotaxime and oral use of golden bifid; control group Ⅲ(CGⅢ)by BTGT. Results: The cured rate was 70. 91% in CGⅠ, 87. 27% in CGⅡ, 94. 55% in CGⅢ and 98. 18% in TG, the difference between CGⅠ and TG as well as CGⅡ and TG was very significant or significant (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05) and that between CGⅢ and TG was not significant(P > 0. 05). The time for cessation of diarrhea, for disappearance of pus cells and for recovery in control groups were very significantly or significantly different from TG( P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The Chinese herbal medicine associated with microecologic preparation(Golden bifid) can promote the curing of ABD in children and provent double infection.
