Spatial Data Integration Based on the Spatial Information Grid Services

空间信息栅格 (SIG)集成网络上的计算机、数据、设备和服务等空间信息资源 ,联合向全社会按需提供全方位的信息服务。本文阐述了SIG的概念、关键技术和中心策略 ,并对当前的信息集成进行了探讨 ,提出了基于SIG服务的空间数据集成的基本思路。在此基础上 ,我们实现了SIG原型系统 。

SIG integrates all the online resources, including geodata, computers, equipment and services, to serve for the needs of the society. This paper presents the concept, key issues and strategy of SIG, discusses the status of data integration, and presents an approach to integrating the spatial data based on the SIG services. Finally the implementation of the demonstration system of SIG validates the feasibility of the SIG framework.
