摘要
管理体制和运行机制是社区教育的核心问题,又是社区教育研究的难点.依据适应性、比较性、整体性原则,探讨我国社区教育未来运行机制体系构建,并对这一体系进行操作分析,以期对社区教育的后续发展研究有所助益.
The management system and the moving mechanism are not only the cores of the community education, but also the difficulties of the research of the community education. The author explores the construction of the future moving mechanism system of the community education in China according to the principles of adaptability, relativity and integrity and analyzes the operation of the system so as to benefit for the future research of the community education.
