从历史和现实的角度分析我国民办大学发展不足的原因,并提出对策与建议,即进一步解放思想,允许民办大学适当盈利;逐步废除准干部教育制度,增强民办大学的吸引力;政府应对民办大学进行一定的投资.

This author analyzes the reasons of the less development of China's non-governmental university from the angels of the history and the factuality and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, such as, further to liberate the thought, allow the non-governmental university to get suitable benefit, get rid of the quasi-cadre system gradually, enhance the attraction of the non-governmental university and the government should invest for the non-governmental university suitably.
