新疆贫困地区产业结构调整的思考

Adjustment to Structure of Industries in the Poverty-stricken Areas of Xinjiang

目前新疆贫困地区落后的原因很多,其中主要原因之一是产业结构调整滞后导致下的自我发展能力不足。本文认为开放条件下的扶贫最根本的是调整和优化产业结构,同时就新疆贫困地区如何调整产业结构提出思考和对策。

A number of reasons make the poverty-stricken areas in Xinjiang backward. One of them is the inability to promote self-development resulting from the lagging adjustment to structure of industries. This paper holds that what is fundamental under the condition of opening-up is to adjust and optimize structure of industries. It reflects on how to make the adjustment possible and provides countermeasures.
