摘要
饮食文化是各地区、各民族文化中最为活跃的部分。丝绸之路上的各民族的饮食文化在历史上也有交融和碰撞。考察新疆塔里木盆地南北缘的薄馕(薄饼)的考古遗存、新疆南疆各地多民族的薄壤食俗、《突厥语大词典》中薄馕的记载、敦煌文献和其它汉文文献中有关薄饼和春饼食俗的记载,以及中东、南亚和西亚有关国家中的薄馕食俗,历史上波斯的饮食文化对我国食俗是有所影响的,薄馕及其食俗就是明证。
Food culture is the most active among the cultural elements of different regions and races. The food culture of the different ethnic groups along the Silk Road saw both blending and confrontation. The food culture of Persia definitely influenced the food customs in China, which is evidenced by the following items, such as the thin Nang and its custom as well as the archaeological remains of it by the south and north rims of the Tarim Basin, the food custom of the different ethnic groups in South Xinjiang, the records of it in the Grand Turki Dictionary, documents of Donghuang and other Chinese documents related to the thin pancake and related customs.
