Realizing Coordinate Development of Traffic and Economy

交通发展与经济发展具有辩证关系 ,但目前我国部分地区存在交通质量不能满足经济发展的需要 ;综合运输方式之间的结构性矛盾 ,不能满足经济发展需求 ;交通基础建设的整体功能落后 ,对人口的质量影响大 ;交通资源利用率低 ,影响交通消费的提高 ,四个方面的交通与经济不协调发展的状况。因此 ,需要从体系、结构、布局等方面入手 ,尤其是大力发展绿色交通事业 ,促进交通。

Traffic development and economic development have a dialectic relation.However,at present traffic quality can't meet the needs of economic development in some regions in China;The contradiction of structure in general transportation means can't meet the needs of economic development;Backward function of construction of traffic foundation brings about great influence on the quality of population;The low efficiency of using traffic resources influences raising consumption of traffic.The four aspects reflects unhandy development's situation of traffic and economy.Therefore,it is necessary to fully develop green traffic enterprise and promote coordinate development in traffic,economy and population from system,structure and pattern.
