现代司法理念是指司法制度和司法实际活动的理论基础和主导的价值观 ,我国现阶段应该建立以司法独立、司法公正。
The modern legal concept means the theoretical foundation and main value of legal regulations and legal practice.In the present stage in China we should establish the legal concept of legal independence,legal fairness and legal effects as value target.
