摘要
教师职业走专业化之路已是大势所趋 ,近几年我国也在积极探索。教师专业化是社会意义上的专门职业化 ,借鉴国外的经验 ,我们应改革师范教育建立高水平的教师教育体系 ;实施职前、入职与在职教育一体的教育政策 ;建立健全教师资格制度 。
The teachers' professional road is a trend and our country launches active explorations in recent years. On the basis of clear recognition to teachers' specialism, this article refers to learning foreign experience and finds a professional road which is suitable to our country's situations.
