摘要
由于受到尿酸、抗坏血酸等干扰物质的干扰,胆固醇生物传感器很难满足临床需要。因而制备了以二茂铁为电子媒介体,明胶为载体的特异选择性胆固醇生物传感器用来抑制干扰物质的干扰作用,并选用丝网印刷电极进行了测试。结果表明:该胆固醇生物传感器的抗干扰作用强、电化学特性良好,其检测线性范围为2.84×10-4~4g/L,相关系数为0.99745,灵敏度为261.6nA/(g·L-1),响应时间为9s,具有良好的生产与应用前景。
Because of the interference of the uric acid and ascorbic acid in the amperometric measurements of cholesterol biosensor,it cannot meet the clinical need now.So in this paper ferrocene and glutin are used to construct the high selective cholesterol biosensor in order to suppress the interfering compounds,and its characters are studied using screen-printed electrodes.The results show that it can be used successfully for detecting cholesterol in the presence of uric acid and ascorbic acid with detection linearity range of 2.84×10^(-4)~4 g/L,the linearity coefficient of 0.997 45,its sensitivity of 261.6 nA/(g·L^(-1)),and response time of 9 s,so it has good prospects of production and application.
