Purification of Endothelial Cell Growth Factor

参照 Lobb 和 Fett 方法,用肝素亲和层析法从牛脑组织中提取出纯度较高的内皮细胞生长因子,后者能明显促进体外人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖。

According to the Lobb and Fett's mehtod,endothelial cell growth factor has been puri- fied homogeneously from bovine brain by heparin affinity chromatograph in our labratory. The results of culturing human umbilical vein endothelial cells show that our purifed en- dothelial cell growth factor is highly effective in stimulating the growth of endothelial cells.
