核素肺通气/灌注显像的分区定量计算 被引量:1

摘要 肺通气平面显像(V)与肺灌注平面显像(Q)的结合有利于肺部栓塞的诊断,但肉眼视觉对肺通气与灌注(V/Q)图像的诊断是主观的、定性的,为此,我们提出了一种定量分析的方法;在肺通气与灌注图像配准研究中,通过图像处理实现了图像配准和(V/Q)比值图的生成;利用该方法对16例正常人肺通气(V)和灌注(Q)数据进行处理,得到肺模板和标准分区,生成了正常人对照组数据库并进行了初步的临床应用。 Lung ventilation image is helpful for diagnosing patient pulmonary embolism when it's combined with lung perfusion image. But observing the lung images by naked vision is subjective and qualitative, so we designed a method of quantifying. In the registration of lung scan of perfusion-ventilation, we implemented registration of lung scan of perfusion-ventilation and ratio images ventilation and perfusion (V/Q)lung scan images through image processing.To establish the normal value of V/Q rations by this method, 16 normal volunteers were studied, and the normal V/Q ratios were obtained with the mean±SD (standard deviation)as the standard template, and the method of quantifying was applied in clincic primarily.
