摘要
目的:研究高压芒刺静电场对肿瘤细胞生长的影响及杀伤作用。方法:用不同强度高压芒刺静电场作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721,分别用MTT比色法和流式细胞术检测电场处理后细胞的增殖能力和死亡率。结果:处理后细胞的增殖受到明显的抑制(P<0.05),且细胞的死亡率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中14kV组细胞的死亡率与对照组相比增加了173.7%。结论:一定强度的高压芒刺静电场能够有效抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,并具有一定的杀伤作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of high-voltage prickle electrostatic field (HVPESF)on proliferation of tumor cell and killing effect. Methods: Human hepatocarcinoma cell SMMC7721 was treated by different intensities of HVPESF. The MTT method and flow cytomelry were adopted to delect the proliferation and the mortality rale of cell SMMC7721, respectively. Results: The cell proliferation was inhibited significantly (P<0.05)and the cell mortality rates were significantly higher than one of control group (P<0.01). The mortality rale 14 kV group increased to 173.7% of control group. Conclusion: A certaim intensities of HVPESF can inhibit growth of tumor cells and kill tumor cells.
