荧光染色法观察MPPa光动力诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨MPPa光动力作用诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的生物学效应。材料与方法:应用Hoechst33258细胞核荧光染色法观察MPPa光动力作用对鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果:MPPa光动力作用实验组出现核凝聚、凋亡小体的人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞明显多于单纯光照射组、单纯MMPa光敏剂处理组和假照射组,而单纯光照组、单纯MMPa光敏剂处理组和假照射组三对照组中出现核凝聚、凋亡小体的细胞非常少见。结论:进一步证实了MPPa光动力作用能有效诱导人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞凋亡。 Objective: To observe the. biological effect of MMPa-mediated pholodynamic therapy on the apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Method: The effect of MMPa-mediated photodynamic therapy on apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells was observed by fluorescent, staining analysis. Results: the cells were stained 8 h after PDT with MPPa (2μM) with Hoechst 33258. Normal cells have been shown to display a weak fluorescence and apoptolic cells show an increased bright fluorescence and typical apoptotic body such as nuclear condensation and fragmentation were observed at 8 h post PDT with MPPa. Conclusion: Our data further verify the MPPa-induced apoptosis of the NPC/CNE2 cells.
