种鲤鱼越冬期血液学指标的变化 被引量:4

Changes of Haematological Indexes of Fry Carp during Overwintering Period

摘要 选用体重50g左右的健康鲤鱼种240尾,随机分成4组,分别装入80cm×40cm×50cm的网箱内,于封冻前放入越冬池中越冬.于11月、次年1、3、4月取出测定血液学指标.结果,越冬期鲤鱼体重增加缓慢;血液Hb和红细胞数在1月和3月份明显降低(P<0.05),白细胞数一直呈下降趋势;血清总蛋白含量1月份最低(P<0.05),血钙1月份明显下降(P<0.05),而后逐渐上升,血清碱性磷酸酶含量11月和4月份明显降低(P<0.05).实验结果提示,越冬鲤鱼营养不足,机体抵抗力下降,是造成其死亡率高的重要原因. Two hundred and forty fry carp weighed 0.05 kg were fed in 80×40×50 cmnet-box in the overwintering pool on eve of freezing weather to examine the changes of haema-tological indexes of these fish. The blood samples were tuken on Nowember and January, Marchand April of next year for examination. The results were as follows: (1) the liveweight increasedslowly; (2) the plasma Hb and RBC dropped significantly on January and March (P<0.05),WBC dropped contineously throughout the experimental period; (3) the total content of plasmaproteins was lowest on January (P<0.05); (4) plasma Ca dropped significantly on Januaryand then raised gradually; (5) plasma alkaline phosphatase dropped significantly on Nowemberand April of next year (P<0.05). The experimental results suggested that the fry carp were inanalnutrition during winter season and thus their resistance was reduced. This is the importantreason why their mortality is serious.
