世界各国的经验表明,科技园区的建设和发展,需要适宜的法律环境来支撑和保障。中关村科技园区法治环境的建设需要正确界定政府与市场之间的关系。完善知识产权和风险投资法制建设是建设中关村科技园区法治环境的关键。
It has been proved by the practice from abroad that the development of the science park requires feasible legal protection. Building the legal system of Zhongguancun Science Park requires handling correctly the relationship between the government and the market. The protection of intellectual property rights and perfecting legal system of risk investment are the keys to build the legal system of Zhongguancun Science Park.
