As the critical style, the theory of human rights of Marxism does not criticize and negate the human rights abstractly, only reverse the metaphysical base of both the modern viewpoint of human rights and utopian socialism, and expose the essence of the viewpoint of human rights of the bourgeoisie and defect of utopian socialism, meanwhile, construct the viewpoint of human rights of the proletarian. It realizes the integration between criticism and structure.
