摘要
交通事故鉴定,是运用科学技术和专门知识解决与交通事故案件有关的某些专门性问题的一种重要手段。然而,我国鉴定制度还处于粗放型阶段,鉴定范围狭窄,缺乏深度,鉴定标准也不规范,相关法规滞后。因此,关于鉴定的启动、机构、程序、结论的审查与法律效力等许多方面的问题都需探讨研究。
Traffic accident appraisal is taken as an important means of applying scientific technologyand major knowledge to solve some specific problems related to traffic accident cases. However, theappraisal system in our country is still in the extensive stage, with its category being narrow, being lack ofdepth, criterion being abnormal and relative regulations lagging behind etc. restraining exert its mainfunction. Therefore it’s worth discussing traffic accident appraisal system theory and perfection oflegislation.
