摘要
消费者的合法权益受到侵犯后,消费者应从以下几个方面着手使之合法权益得到及时的、合理的、有效的救助:注意收集、保存消费侵权的证据;进行法律咨询;选择合理的救助方式;注意诉讼时效,受害者要及时起诉;受害者要有正常的心态;受害者的索赔要求合情、合理、合法。
When the consumers’ legal rights are infringed, consumers can come to the following legal aid and thus protect their rights promptly, rationally and effectively. Firstly, consumers should collect and preserve the evidence of being infringed. Secondly, consumers can go to legal consultation and choose suitable legal means. Thirdly, consumers should start a timely sue and have a normal state of mind .Finally ,the claims should be reasonable, just and legal.
