浅谈国内外水利工程保险的现状

在水利工程建设中施行工程保险是国家有关部门对这种基础设施建设风险管理的规定。相比于责任全面、内容广泛、开展普遍、程序规范的国际工程保险来说,我国水利工程中的工程保险起步较晚,还有相当大的改进空间。但同时,我国水利建设中的工程保险对于世界保险也有着创新发展的潜力。

It is a regulation to implement the engineering insurance in risk management in the water conservancy construction of national departments concerned. Compared with generally launched ones with overall kinds of risks, extensive contents and normal procedures, the engineering insurance in the construction of water conservancy of our country starts relatively late, there is sizable improvement space. But at the same time, the engineering insurance in the water conservancy construction of our country has potentiality of innovative development to the world insurance.
