随着《医疗事故处理条例》的颁发和实施,重症监护病房(ICU)的护理记录缺陷问题成为引发医疗纠纷的原因之一,为了提高书写质量,降低医疗纠纷的发生率,分析ICU护理记录中存在的问题,并就如何提高书写质量提出了自己的看法。

The deficiency in nursing records of ICU has become one of the causes leading to medical disputes along with the issuing and carrying out of malpractice-handling regulations. To improve the quality of nursing records and decrease the incidence of medical disputes, the article analyzed the problems in ICU nursing records and brought forward some advice on it.
